His particular strengths lie in the strategy and commercial feasibility of projects and recent focus has been on asset disposal, master planning, rezoning and land subdivision delivery. Carlos understands housing and the housing market. He has a proactive approach and collaboration is the key to the success of Carlos’ projects; he resolves conflict, encourages discussion and finds agreeable solutions.
Zoe Melis has 20 years of industry experience and a background in town planning. She specialises in brownfield urban regeneration projects and managing the transformation of greenfield sites into master planned communities. Zoe is highly organised and delivers excellent outcomes from assembled technical teams. Her communications style builds strong relationships with clients, consultants and government representatives.
Bill Donohoe has over 30 years of experience working in the property development industry. Having managed a range of large-scale land subdivision projects from inception to delivery, he has the expertise to provide high-level direction to project teams and strategic advice to clients. His extensive experience enables him to identify and minimise risk, manage a project team and drive an outcome; always mindful of the client’s aspirations. Bill will provide a clear focus and deliver projects to their conclusion.
