Carlos Lopez has more than 20 years’ experience in the design, planning and delivery of property and land development projects. His particular strengths lie in the strategy and commercial feasibility of projects and recent focus has been on asset disposal, master planning, rezoning and land subdivision delivery. Carlos understands housing and the housing market. He has a proactive approach and collaboration is the key to the success of Carlos’ projects; he resolves conflict, encourages discussion and finds agreeable solutions.
Bill Donohoe has over 30 years of experience working in the property development industry. Having managed a range of large-scale land subdivision projects from inception to delivery, he has the expertise to provide high-level direction to project teams and strategic advice to clients. His extensive experience enables him to identify and minimise risk, manage a project team and drive an outcome; always mindful of the client’s aspirations. Bill will provide a clear focus and deliver projects to their conclusion.
Adam has over 10 years of local experience across Design, Property Development, and Project Management. Since completing his Architecture degree, Adam has developed a strong knowledge of project delivery and design at all stages of the development process, including the management of project teams. Adams Development Management skillset includes, design management, technical and functional design, problem solving, stakeholder management and navigation of Authority and statutory approvals. Adam has excellent interpersonal skills and very high standards of communication, and work ethic.
